Wild One Backdrop | Brushed Spots Fabric | DIY Balloon Garland It feels like only a few months ago that Charlie came home from the hospital, and here he is already one! He is by far our most mischievous child—sometimes even a little wild—so when his birthday was coming up, I couldn’t think of a more perfect theme than a “Wild One” first birthday party. The best part was that his nursery already had a lot of elements that would double as decor! With the theme in mind, I started to design… Read more »

Find the pirate cookie tutorial here. I illustrated the pirate to… Read more »

Our sweet little Annabelle just turned two! Here is the lovely little party we threw to celebrate her!   Guests followed a sign to the entrance of Annabelle’s Fairy Garden leading them to a stepping stone path to follow. The entry table held a photo tree with photos of the birthday girl for the past 12 months and provided a spot for the guests to set their gifts. Little guests and the birthday fairy herself were decked out in their… Read more »

When a friend told me her son’s second birthday was going to be a Rock Star theme I couldn’t wait to help!  At two, Seeley was already learning to play the drums like his dad, so we knew that the party had to be all about the music! The dessert table was complete with hand sewn backdrop, balloons, labeled candy jars, guitar and a Fondant drum cake! We customized our Rock Star Baby Shower invitation just for Seeley’s birthday – adding drums to… Read more »

I was so excited about this collection that I couldn’t help but share!  My friend Sarah’s daughter Olivia is having her first birthday and they asked me to create some party decorations. Olivia’s daddy is a fly fisherman and they wanted to have her first birthday party be a fishing theme, but still be sweet and girly. I couldn’t wait to get started on this adorable and unique theme! Here are the designs I created: Can’t wait to see pictures… Read more »

My friend “S” is throwing a Hip Hop party for her daughter’s 5th birthday and asked me to design a party package. She sent me a photo of ‘Barbie Rocks’ stickers as inspiration and I couldn’t wait to help with this vibrant party! “S” wanted to include lots of brights mixed in with animal prints. We wanted the designs not to be too girly since boys would be attending the party as well.  I put together this vibrant inspiration board to go along with the designs I… Read more »
