Surf’s Up! – Surfing Kids Summer Party Ideas

We asked what kids summer parties our fans would like to see some inspiration for – and your overwhelming response was a Surfing theme! So here are our favorite three Surf themed events, PLUS an inspiration board with resource links for you to plan your own!

#1. Surf themed Dessert table by Hollie of www.paisleypetalevents.com.

You know I am a hopeless Do-It-Yourselfer! So of course I love how Holly created the surf board backdrop by cutting and painting plywood herself! I think you could create a similar look with cardboard if you don’t have wood cutting skills – start looking for those fridge sized boxes now!

#2. Charming Vintage Surf Party for Girls styled by Leanne of Sweet Style.

Leanne chose an amazing setting to display these adorable sweets! I love how she styled it right on a pier – of course the colorful sweets would look lovely just about anywhere! Our favorite part is the Centerpiece Cake that sets the tone for the rest of the table and the softer girly color palette.

3. Bright and Playful Surf Wedding featured on Green Wedding Shoes.

I adore that this was for a wedding! My favorite party is the Sea Green & Orange Chevron Patterns that they used throughout to tie it all together and the beach seated table setup is to die for! Seriously – the colorful table stands out beautifully on the sand. Gorgeous!
